DETAILED 4th STEP cont.
Yesterday I had you go over that really long list of words concerning flaws and assets and pick out the ones that applied to you. Then you were to mark whether they were flaws or assets. Today as promised we will do something with that list.
Pick out the 12 flaws in your character that stand out the most to you. write them down in list fashion and next to each one you are to give the best example of this specific flaw in your life. I will give you an example from my own list so you can get the idea.
Defiant = I still refuse to wear my seatbelt because I do not agree with that law. I particularly like to stop next to the Sherriffs deputy on duty in our town and chat. He knows I am not wearing it. I do this as a sign of defiance.
Now do the same thing with your list of assets. List the asset and your best example from your life. Remember to list 2 times as many assets as flaws. You are not so bad that you can not do this. No one is.
I also want to give you a list of terms that are commonly used in the 4th and 5th Steps and their meaning.
